Sure Fit Designs Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we want to provide clarity and fairness regarding cancellations for the Sure-Fit Designs Retreat.
1. Cancellation by the Participant:
• Prior to February 1, 2025: A full refund of any payments made will be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee.
• From February 1, 2025, to February 15, 2025: A 50% refund of payments made will be issued.
• After February 15, 2025: No refunds will be provided, as materials, accommodations, and arrangements will have been finalized.
2. Cancellation by Sure-Fit Designs:
• In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by Sure-Fit Designs, participants will receive a full refund of any payments made. Sure-Fit Designs is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as travel costs.
3. Force Majeure:
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Sure-Fit Designs reserves the right to reschedule the retreat. Participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund.
Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation.
