Refund Policy

To initiate a return, authorization is required prior to sending any items back. Please contact us at info@surefitdesigns.com to request a Return Authorization. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

All returned merchandise must be in pristine, resalable condition. Pattern Kits must be intact and unused. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable, and downloadable digital products are final sale.

EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at info@surefitdesigns.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

The following exceptions apply:

• Digital downloads are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the download has commenced, provided you gave prior consent at the time of purchase.
• Pattern Kits that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Upon receipt of your returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or materially different from what was described.
