Return Shipping & Costs

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective

Original Shipping & Handling: These fees are non-refundable

Tracking Recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Damaged Items & Packaging Issues

If any part of your order or packaging arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items:

Do not discard the damaged product or packaging, photos must be taken of the contents and the inside and outside of the packaging to satisfy the insurance claim.

 

We request that you are willing to assist with the shipping insurance claim paperwork as needed.
