Sure-Fit Designs Refund Policy

• Items must be returned within three (3) weeks from date of receipt.
• All contents in the Master Patterns must be unused and resaleable.
• DVDs are non-refundable if the exterior seal has been broken.
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
• Digital courses are non-refundable. 
• Return Authorization Required.  Email info@surefitdesigns.com for instructions.

Damaged items &/or Packaging issues:

If any part of your order or packaging arrives damaged, opened or missing items, do not throw out the damaged product or packaging.  In order to claim damage or replacement, photos must be provided within 7 days of package receipt.
