At Sure Fit Designs, customers may choose from several shipping options at checkout based on their preferred delivery speed, tracking availability, and cost.
Once your order has been processed and transferred to the selected shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery rests with the carrier.
Shipping Options Without Tracking or Insurance
Some economy shipping methods do not include tracking or insurance. These services are offered as a lower-cost option and are selected at the customers discretion. Sure Fit Designs cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, delayed, or not received when the selected shipping method does not include tracking or insurance.
Shipping Options With Tracking or Insurance
Shipping services that include tracking will provide a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If a package shipped with insurance is damaged or lost in transit Sure Fit Designs will gladly assist the customers in initiating a shipping insurance claim with the carrier. Final claim decisions are determined by the carrier.
Replacement of Lost Items
If a shipment insured through the carrier is confirmed lost, Sure Fit Designs will work with the customer to replace items.
