Prior to returning any items, an authorization must be obtained by emailing info@surefitdesigns.com.
Items must be sent back within 30 days from the date the order was received.
Pattern Kits should be intact and unutilized. We will only accept returns of merchandise in pristine condition for resale.
Please note that Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
